Shipping:
Shipping and handling fees are based on $6/lb with a minimum of $18. All products are shipped Fed-X or UPS ground. Timing depends on the carriers schedule in your area. The manufacturing time is usually 10 – 14 days. Contact us to discuss current lead times.
We will gladly cover return shipping costs for defective item returns.
Guarantee:
All orders are custom made and therefore final sale.
If a problem arises due to product failure within one year, we guarantee to replace or fix at our expense.
